Black dot on monitor screen are common problem. Have you tried to remove this annoying black dot but nothing works. Sometimes it can be a dead pixel or just a stuck dust inside the monitor. I came across this problem while I was checking my monitor screen. It can be very annoying. I had brand new Acer monitor 10 years ago older model SH231 i believe and there was green dead pixel nothing worked. It’s okay for some people and other might not notice at all. But nobody likes black dots or anything like that. 10 years later i bought another monitor more advanced Samsung 2k 144HZ model. I noticed also black small dot. I’m not sure if it was a dead pixel or just dust suck inside the monitor. I’ve tried cleaning with the cloth no effect. Then some software with colourful lights. No nothing worked. Finally i was able to get rid of this thing. Here’s what i did.
Take a dry cloth wrap around your finger. Keep tapping very gently took me 4 days i repeat gently you don’t want to damage the screen. Then give a fillip/flick. I managed to remove this completely without any damage it somehow reactivates this pixel. Maybe i was lucky it’s extremely annoying and hard thing to remove but i can confirm it’s possible just don’t give up and have lots of patience.
